Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If we update or amend these terms and conditions the amended terms and conditions will be posted in the terms and conditions area of our website. Current terms and conditions shall replace and supersede all previous terms and conditions.
Registration & Membership
Registration is free, Couriers pay an annual fee of £10.
Job Listings are free of charge
By registering you agree to us using your telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and / or postal address in order to contact you in connection with our website activity.
By registering you agree to these terms and conditions.
Users have no contractual obligation to remain registered with us; you may terminate your registration at anytime by simply contacting us.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at anytime
Listings & Jobs
All jobs / listings posted must be genuine and available for couriers to quote on. Content must be accurate, complete and not misleading.
Information posted on your listing can be viewed by other registered users. Any sensitive or confidential information is posted entirely at your own risk.
All jobs / listings posted must not contain materials that will infringe any personal or proprietary rights of any third parties, nor will such materials be defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any material posted by users which Courier Wanted deems defamatory, unlawful, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any material communicated by third parties through this web site.
Listings may be edited however up to a maximum of twice.
Listings may be removed by the user at anytime.
Prices & Payment
Registration is free, Couriers pay an annual fee of £10.
Job Listings are free of charge.
E-mail alerts in your primary alert area are free of charge.
Additional e-mail alert areas cost £5.00 annually.
Payments by credit or debit card for services supplied are processed using Paypal.
You do not need to register with paypal or have a paypal account to make a payment.
When a payment is processed, the details of the credit or debit card are collected over a secure link.
We do not collect any details and they are not made available to us. Paypal will use the personal information you provide to process your online payment. When you make a payment online, Paypal will use industry standard software, which encrypts your information. For further details about the security of this information, please refer to Paypal.
Cancellation Rights
Once posted a listing may not be cancelled for a refund.
A listing can be deleted at anytime by the user who posted it.
Use Of Service / Website
The purpose of our website is simply to provide a channel by which users may list information for other users to view and make contact or be contacted by other users if you or they wish to do so.
We do not guarantee that using our website will meet your needs or expectations with regards to service or results.
We do not guarantee against uninterrupted use of this service.
We do not always have the opportunity to check the member profiles or listings to ensure the content is accurate and not misleading and are not obliged to verify this information therefore we recommend before acting on any information provided that you investigate it further to satisfy yourself that the information is accurate and not misleading.
Meetings with persons as a result of the use of our website are inevitable however meetings are arranged at your own risk and precautions should be taken to ensure your own safety.
Limitation of Liability
It is your responsibility to ensure the courier has Goods In transit insurance and Liability insurance should you require it.
We shall have no liability to you for theft, damage or loss of goods, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of programs, economic or indirect losses, service interruptions or damage to reputation or goodwill.
We shall have no liability to you should other users or unauthorised users misuse of information provided by you while using this service.
We shall have no liability to you for any monies owed to you by other users.
